- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have chronic insomnia diagnosed by a doctor.
- You have a personal email address and a compatible smartphone or tablet with internet access.
- You do not have sleep apnea or other breathing problems during sleep.
- You do not have a neurological disorder that affects sleep, like narcolepsy or epilepsy.
- You are not currently seeing a therapist for insomnia and do not plan to start within the next 6 months.
