- You have NMOSD with AQP4 antibodies, myasthenia gravis with AChR antibodies, or autoimmune encephalitis with LGI1 or CASPR2 antibodies
- You have at least one additional autoimmune condition (like lupus, thyroid disease, etc.)
- You do not have an untreated thymoma or history of thymoma
- You are 18 or older
