Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old, depending on the specific disease group.
  • You need a confirmed diagnosis of one of these conditions: multiple sclerosis (certain progressive or relapsing types), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder, generalized myasthenia gravis, or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.
  • You must have a certain level of disability, measured by standard scales like EDSS or MG-ADL, that qualifies for the study.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with CAR T-cell therapy or similar gene therapies.
  • You must not have active hepatitis B, HIV, or a history of certain cancers in the last 2 years.
