Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer has a specific change in the MET gene (like a skip, extra copies, fusion, or mutation) found by a genetic test.
  • You have not had a previous treatment that targets the MET pathway, unless your doctor thinks this new drug could still work for you.
  • You are willing to have a fresh biopsy (tissue sample) and give blood samples for research.
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within safe ranges, as checked by lab tests.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
