Who can take part

  • You are 18 to under 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure for at least 3 months.
  • You have symptoms that make daily activities a bit hard (NYHA class II to IV).
  • Your heart pumps blood out at more than 40% (called preserved ejection fraction).
  • You have some limitations due to heart failure, based on a questionnaire about symptoms.
  • You can walk at least 75 meters in 6 minutes (about the length of a football field and back).
