Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You need to understand and agree to the study consent form.
  • You must be available for scheduled visits and procedures.
  • For PoTS: you must meet specific heart rate and blood pressure criteria from 2015 guidelines.
  • For FMS: you need a diagnosis based on 2016 criteria, with a high impact score (over 50) and pain level (over 5.5).
  • Healthy volunteers: you cannot have any diagnosed autoimmune, chronic pain, or dysautonomia condition.
