  • You have head and neck cancer that has returned or spread, including cancers of the mouth, throat, voice box, or nearby areas.
  • You have had or chosen not to have standard first treatment (immunotherapy or chemo-immunotherapy).
  • You are able to swallow pills.
  • Your kidney and liver function are within certain safe limits, based on recent blood tests.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if needed.
