  • Your baby was born at 34 weeks or later
  • Your baby has moderate to severe brain injury from lack of oxygen at birth
  • Your baby has already received cooling therapy as part of standard care
  • Your baby does not have major birth defects or genetic conditions
  • Your baby does not have a severe infection or bleeding problem
