- Your baby was born at least 36 weeks into pregnancy (nearly full-term or later)
- Your baby shows signs of brain injury from lack of oxygen during birth, checked within 6 hours of birth
- Your baby received or is eligible for cooling treatment at National Children's Hospital in Vietnam
- Your baby had a brain MRI scan between 5 and 17 days old
- Your baby does not have major birth defects, especially affecting the brain or spine
- You agree to let researchers access your baby's complete medical records
