Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have had a sudden brain bleed with bleeding into the fluid spaces and severe traumatic brain injury
- Your brain scans show swelling, misshapen fluid spaces, a shift of brain tissue, or other signs of pressure
- Your Glasgow Coma Scale score is between 3 and 8
- You are admitted to Cooper University Health
- You need a drain placed into the brain's fluid spaces
