Patch of fat cells for chronic leg ulcers

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have either a venous leg ulcer (on lower leg) or a diabetic foot ulcer (on foot) that has lasted between 4 weeks and 3 years (depending on type).
  • The ulcer is hard to heal — it will need to shrink less than 40–50% over a month of standard care.
  • You do not have serious health issues like kidney failure, uncontrolled heart failure, active cancer, or other severe conditions.
  • You are not pregnant or nursing, and are willing to avoid other wound treatments during the study.
