Who can take part
- You have chronic insomnia (trouble sleeping for at least 3 months) that was diagnosed by a doctor or by the study team.
- You are between 18 and 59 years old.
- You have no or only mild symptoms of depression (score 9 or less on a depression quiz) and/or anxiety (score 9 or less on an anxiety quiz).
- You do not have a serious mental health condition (like severe depression or bipolar disorder) or a brain disease (like dementia).
- You do not have another sleep disorder like sleep apnea or restless legs syndrome.
- You can understand Romanian and have a laptop/computer with a microphone and camera to attend online sessions.
