Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 75 years old.
- You had a stroke due to a large clot in a major artery in the front of your brain (internal carotid or middle cerebral artery).
- Your clot was successfully removed with a procedure (thrombectomy) and blood flow was restored.
- You have some but not too much disability after the stroke (NIHSS score 5–15).
- You are awake and aware (NIHSS consciousness score 0–1).
- You were able to walk and take care of yourself before the stroke (mRS 0–1).
