Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel (ischemic stroke), confirmed by a brain scan.
  • You received both clot-dissolving medicine and a procedure to remove the clot.
  • You are able to return for a follow-up visit 90 days after your stroke.
  • Your stroke was not caused by bleeding in the brain (hemorrhagic stroke).
  • Your brain scans are clear enough for doctors to analyze.
