Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with a sleep-related breathing disorder and your doctor has prescribed a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD)
  • Your back teeth (except wisdom teeth) are in good shape and fully present—no missing molars, and only one missing premolar due to braces
  • You have not had jaw surgery, do not have a crossbite or open bite, and have no dental implants
  • You do not have severe teeth grinding, significant gum disease, or serious tooth decay
  • You are not claustrophobic, have no major nasal blockage, and are not planning upcoming dental work
