Who can take part

  • You must have one of these autoimmune diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), inflammatory myopathy (IIM), systemic sclerosis (SSc), or rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
  • Your disease must be active and not well-controlled by usual treatments like steroids or other immune-suppressing drugs.
  • You should not have had CAR T-cell therapy before.
  • You should not have a history of cancer (certain skin cancers may be okay).
  • You should not have an active infection like hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
