  • You have had a brain aneurysm bleed that is grade 3 or 4 on the Fisher scale
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You can safely get standard treatment to fix the aneurysm
  • You agree to all study procedures and follow-up visits
  • If you are a woman who can get pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test
