Who can take part
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 27 or higher
- You have tried to lose weight with diet at least once but couldn't keep it off
- You have arthritis in your knee and are over 50 years old, or have morning knee stiffness that lasts about 30 minutes, or have a crackling/grinding sound when moving your knee
- You haven't gained or lost more than 11 pounds in the last 90 days
- You have not had obesity surgery and don't plan to have one in the next year and a half
- You don't have diabetes and haven't used a GLP-1 medicine (like Ozempic or Wegovy) in the last 180 days
