- Your CDR sum of boxes score is between 4.5 and 15.5 (a measure of dementia severity).
- You had a brain scan or spinal fluid test in the last 3 years that shows no Alzheimer's disease (amyloid-negative).
- You do not have any other degenerative brain disease (like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's).
- You do not have any other uncontrolled neurological or medical condition.
