  • You are between 30 and 75 years old
  • You have a known genetic mutation in the GRN gene
  • Your dementia symptoms are mild to moderate (not severe)
  • You have symptoms consistent with frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD or PPA)
  • You have a family member or friend who can support you throughout the study
  • You have not had any prior gene or cell therapy treatment
