Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 28, meaning you are a healthy weight for your height
  • Your weight has stayed within 4 pounds (about 2 kilograms) for the last 6 months
  • You do not have any heart, lung, metabolic, nerve, or bone diseases
  • You do not take insulin or any hormone, chemotherapy, or blood-thinning medications
  • You have no metal in your body (like surgical implants, braces, or metal fragments from an accident), and you are not pregnant
