Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your heart's pumping strength (ejection fraction) has been below 50% in the last 6 months.
  • Your heart's electrical activity (QRS duration) is wider than normal, OR you need a pacemaker for the right side of your heart more than 40% of the time.
  • You are already on the best heart failure medicines your doctor can prescribe.
  • An AI analysis of your ECG shows a high chance of weak pumping strength.
