Who can take part
- You must be between 1 and 22 years old.
- Your leukemia must have a specific genetic change called NUP98 rearrangement, and it either didn't go away after first treatment or came back after remission.
- You must not have had other chemotherapy in the last 14 days (a short course of certain drugs to lower your white blood cell count is okay).
- Your kidneys, liver, and heart must be working well enough based on recent blood and imaging tests.
