Exercise and medicine for heart health in ALL survivors with obesity
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Hormones & metabolism, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests if combining resistance exercise with the weight-loss medication tirzepatide can improve heart and metabolic health in survivors of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who are now adults and have obesity or overweight with related health issues. You may benefit if you finished treatment at least 2 years ago and meet weight and health criteria.

This study tests whether a combination of exercise and a weight loss medication (tirzepatide) can help people with overweight or obesity lose weight and improve their health. It's a good fit if you are between 30 and 65, have a BMI of 30–40 (or 27–29.9 with a related health risk), and are generally healthy enough for medication and exercise.
