  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a condition called subclinical hypothyroidism (slightly high TSH, normal T4).
  • You are not taking any thyroid medication.
  • You do not have diabetes, chronic liver or kidney disease.
  • You are not pregnant and do not abuse alcohol.
