Who can take part
- You have stable heart failure with mild symptoms (NYHA class I or II).
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is above 30.
- Your potassium level is between 3.5 and 5.0.
- You haven't needed emergency care for heart failure in the last 60 days.
- Your systolic blood pressure is over 90 mmHg (or over 80 if you're already taking spironolactone).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or at risk of pregnancy without using highly effective birth control.
