Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 1 year
  • You are willing to give written consent to participate
  • Your nerve pain is not caused by something other than diabetes (like alcohol, chemotherapy, or vitamin deficiency)
  • You do not have active foot ulcers, infections, or severe circulation problems
  • You do not have a central nervous system condition (like a stroke, MS, or spinal cord injury)
