Study of Finerenone for heart and kidney health in diabetes

This trial tests a medication called Finerenone to see if it can improve heart structure and function in people with both diabetic kidney disease and heart failure. If you have type 2 diabetes, kidney problems, and heart failure with preserved pumping function, this study may explore a new treatment option for you.

A study of finerenone for hospitalized heart failure patients

This trial tests a medication called finerenone to see if it helps people hospitalized for heart failure live longer and have fewer heart-related problems. It may be an option for those with a certain type of heart failure where the heart's pumping strength is mildly reduced or normal.

Finerenone for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

This study tests whether a medication called finerenone can reduce scarring in the heart and improve heart function in people with heart failure who have ejection fractions of 40% or higher. You may be eligible if you've recently had heart failure symptoms requiring emergency care or medication changes.
