Who can take part

  • You are a teenager (under 18) with flat feet that are stiff and cause muscle spasms.
  • You have tried standard medical treatment for at least 3 weeks and it didn't help.
  • You do not have arthritis in your foot joints.
  • You do not have a neurological disorder (like a nerve or brain condition).
  • You are willing to complete the full study follow-up.
