Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You were recently diagnosed with heart failure (with reduced or preserved ejection fraction).
- Your heart failure is stable and you are eligible to start SGLT2 inhibitors with or without finerenone.
- You have not had a stroke.
- Your kidney function is not severely reduced (eGFR should be 25 or higher).
- Your heart failure is not due to congenital heart disease or pulmonary hypertension.
- You are not currently using intravenous inotropes (heart-strengthening medicines given through a vein).
- You do not need a heart transplant.
- You have no known allergy to finerenone or SGLT2 inhibitors.
