- You are between 18 and 73 years old
- You have classic trigeminal neuralgia (facial pain on one side) that has not been helped by at least two medications
- Your doctor has recommended Gamma Knife radiosurgery as part of your normal care
- You have not had any previous surgery or radiation for this facial pain
- You can have an MRI scan (no metal implants, pacemaker, or claustrophobia)
- You are able to understand French and follow study instructions
