Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with gout by a doctor.
- You have been taking a stable dose of allopurinol once daily for at least 2 weeks before the study starts.
- You have either normal kidney function (Cohort N) or moderately reduced kidney function (Cohort R).
- You do not have significant liver disease.
