Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have early-stage cancer on the vocal cords (T1 or T2) that hasn't spread to lymph nodes.
  • You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-2).
  • You have not had radiation to the head or neck before.
  • You do not have another active cancer or serious health problems that would interfere with treatment.
