Comparing radiation vs. immunotherapy after surgery for mouth/throat cancer

This trial compares two approaches after initial treatment: radiation therapy versus an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) to see which better prevents cancer from coming back. It is for people with advanced oral or throat cancer who have already completed chemoimmunotherapy and surgery to remove all visible cancer.
