Who can take part
- You have symptoms of heart failure (like shortness of breath or tiredness) and are in New York Heart Association class II, III, or IV.
- Your heart’s pumping ability is reduced – ejection fraction of 40% or less.
- Your ECG shows a wide QRS complex (130 ms or more) with left bundle branch block, OR a very wide QRS (over 150 ms) without left bundle branch block.
- You are already on the best medical therapy for heart failure.
- You are not pregnant (if you could become pregnant, you need a negative pregnancy test).
