Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced oral or oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (cancer of the mouth or throat).
- You must have already received 2 cycles of chemoimmunotherapy (toripalimab plus chemotherapy) and had surgery that removed all visible cancer (R0 resection).
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and in generally good health (able to do daily activities without major help).
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment (including surgery, radiation, or other drugs) except for the chemoimmunotherapy and surgery described above.
- You do not have active autoimmune diseases, organ transplant, or serious bleeding problems.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective contraception if applicable.
