If you're 60 or older and scheduled for a urology surgery lasting at least 2 hours, this study may be for you.

Who can take part
- You are 60 years old or older
- You are scheduled for non-emergency urological surgery under general anesthesia with a breathing tube
- Your surgery is expected to last at least 2 hours
- You are fluent in Chinese
- You are willing to give informed consent (or have a guardian who can)
- You do not have dementia, severe hearing or vision loss, or a history of seizures
