Diaphragm stretching for teens with scoliosis

Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a curve in the spine with no known cause)
  • Your spine curve is 10 degrees or more (measured by a special X-ray called Cobb angle)
  • You are able to do light exercise sessions
  • You and a parent or guardian agree in writing to join the study
  • You have not had a brace, surgery, or other scoliosis treatment in the past 6 months
