Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with NMOSD and have tested positive for AQP4 antibodies (a specific blood marker)
- You have been taking rituximab for between 1 and 5 years
- You have not had a relapse or new brain/spine lesions in the past 6 months
- You are not currently taking steroid medications (or stopped at least 30 days ago)
- You can safely have an MRI scan
