  • You have been diagnosed with NMOSD and are currently having an acute attack
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have tested positive for AQP4 antibodies using a special blood test
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not used certain immune treatments (like monoclonal antibodies) in the last 3 to 6 months
  • You do not have severe bleeding problems, heart failure, or active serious infections
