Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have severe leg pain at rest, a sore that won't heal, or gangrene caused by blocked arteries in your leg.
  • Tests (like an ankle-brachial index or imaging) show your leg blood flow is very low.
  • The main blockage is below the knee, and the arteries above the knee are open or can be opened during the same procedure.
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and sign a consent form.
