Who can take part

  • You are age 2 to 11 at the time of screening
  • You weigh at least 10 kilograms (about 22 pounds)
  • The diagnosis is NMOSD with AQP4 antibodies (AQP4 positive), using standard criteria
  • You had at least one documented NMOSD attack in the past year (this includes the first attack)
  • Your nervous system symptoms have been stable for at least 30 days before screening and before baseline
  • If you take immune-suppressing medicine, your dose must be steady for 4 weeks before baseline
