  • Your child is 2 to under 18 years old, and weighs at least 15 kg
  • Blood test is positive for AQP4-IgG, and a doctor has diagnosed NMOSD
  • Your child had NMOSD relapses recently (one in the last year, or two in the past two years)
  • Your child can safely do study checkups and procedures, including MRI if needed
  • Your child has not had certain immune treatments or vaccines in the listed time windows (often weeks to months)
  • Screening tests show no major liver, kidney, blood, or infection problems that could raise risk
