Who can take part
- Age 50–70, or age 18–49 if medically unfit for standard chemotherapy
- Diagnosed with acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or high-risk myeloproliferative neoplasm, in remission or controlled state
- Have an HLA-matched bone marrow or stem cell donor (related or unrelated)
- Adequate organ function: kidney, heart, and lung function tests within acceptable range
