Who can take part

  • Age 50–70, or age 18–49 if medically unfit for standard chemotherapy
  • Diagnosed with acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or high-risk myeloproliferative neoplasm, in remission or controlled state
  • Have an HLA-matched bone marrow or stem cell donor (related or unrelated)
  • Adequate organ function: kidney, heart, and lung function tests within acceptable range
  • Not HIV-positive, not previously transplanted, and no active uncontrolled infection
  • If fertile, agree to contraception during treatment and follow-up
