Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Need to have one or more teeth removed that cannot be saved
- Be able to attend follow-up visits over 12 months
- Have either received head-and-neck radiation (50+ Gy dose) OR taken bisphosphonates/denosumab for bone health
- Be able to keep your mouth clean and manage your health conditions
- Not be taking blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or other medications that slow healing
