- Be 18 years old or older
- Experience sleep problems such as difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early
- Be able to understand and speak Mandarin Chinese or Taiwanese

- Not have cognitive impairment (trouble with memory or thinking) that prevents clear communication
