Who can take part
- You had an acute ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blood clot) confirmed by CT or MRI brain scan
- You were admitted to the Stroke Unit at Dijon Bourgogne University Hospital during the study period
- You had both a heart CT scan and brain CT scan within 24 hours of arriving at the hospital
- You are able to give informed consent to participate in the study
- You are not pregnant, recently postpartum, or breastfeeding
