Who can take part
- You have heart failure symptoms (shortness of breath, fatigue, or swelling) despite taking heart medications
- Your heart's pumping strength is reduced (ejection fraction of 35% or less)
- Your heart rhythm is regular (sinus rhythm)
- Your heart's electrical pattern on ECG shows either: non-LBBB with QRS longer than 130 milliseconds, OR narrow LBBB with QRS between 130–150 milliseconds
- You are at least 18 years old and able to give informed consent
- Your kidney function is not severely reduced (able to safely receive imaging dye)
