Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus, abnormal esophageal cells, or early-stage esophageal cancer
- You are already scheduled for a gastroscopy (camera procedure down the throat) at University Medical Center Groningen
- You are able to give written informed consent
- You do not have a wheat allergy
- You do not have celiac disease or dermatitis herpetiformis (gluten-related conditions)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
