  • Age 18–80 years old
  • Diagnosed with a rare brain blood vessel disease (CADASIL, moyamoya, cavernoma, cerebral venous thrombosis, or similar) OR be a healthy volunteer with no vascular or neurological history
  • Have health insurance or equivalent coverage
  • Provide written consent to participate
  • Not pregnant, not deprived of liberty, and able to consent to research
  • Not currently in another drug study or withdrawal period from another study
